Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns on our flavors. We do want to keep our customers happy, and while taste is subjective we want to make sure that you are as satisfied with your order as possible. If you have a problem with the flavoring, please contact us and we will do our best to make things right. BEST option... If you are looking at flavors you haven't tried before, order the smallest bottle available to try it out first!
Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Australia, U.K. and Spain. We monitor the shipping cost and adjust when necessary, as USPS raises their shipping cost.
Shipping is done via USPS for all orders. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours if not same day. After 12 noon, your order will ship the following business day. Orders under one pound ship USPS First Class, and orders over one pound ship Priority.
HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS can slow things down and get us backed up. Major holidays means a sale and an overload of orders. We do our best to get caught up as fast as we can, but it can lead to a day or two extra. We fill orders in the order they are placed, so if you put in an order on Monday, when we come in on Tuesday morning, you are behind everyone from Friday evening thru Monday.
PLEASE remember we do not work for the post office. If you contact us asking where your package is, all we have is the same tracking number that you do.
