Peppermint flavoring concentrate formulated from the ground up for manufacturing and creating DIY recipes. Green peppermint is a clean and cool flavor. Not as ice cold as our FLV Cool Menthol, but presents a spicy peppermint pop as it should.
Usage Rate 0.25 – 1.50%
Special Note: Do not refrigerate this flavor. If this flavor is cooled below room temperature menthol crystals will develop. Warm the flavor to approximately 100°F and shake in order to melt the menthol crystals.
