Water-soluble.
This is a "stripped-down" version of our cinnamon that contains mostly cinnamaldehyde and a touch of eugenol. It is more like the candy than true cinnamon.
This is a new formulation of this flavor that uses PG instead of Ethyl Alcohol! I recommend testing with small batches to make any necessary adjustments in mixing ratio. Warning: if you are trying to use this as a "stand-alone" flavor, it willl not mix as well with VG as the alcohol version.
